The candy ceremony was officiated by Third Man Data co-founder Ben Swank with Jack’s mom, Teresa Gillis, and different household and band members in attendance, in keeping with The Detroit Free Press. The whirlwind marriage ceremony marks Jack’s third marriage, because the singer was beforehand wed to each Meg White and Karen Elson.
And it is protected to say that live performance attendees had been more than pleased to be invited to the musical couple’s big day.
“Welp, I went to a Jack White live performance and ended up watching him suggest AND get married to his girlfriend, Olivia Jean,” one concertgoer wrote on Twitter. “I actually attended Jack White’s marriage ceremony. Unreal.”
One other added, “So I attended Jack White’s engagement and marriage ceremony multi functional evening on the Masonic Temple in Detroit. That was surreal. Undecided any live performance can high that. Congrats [champagne emoji] to Jack and Olivia!”
And a 3rd fan rightfully tweeted, “I’m going to inform each individual I meet for the following decade that I used to be only a visitor at Jack White’s marriage ceremony. Sorry not sorry!!!”
