On February 21, 2022, Eureka is releasing the 2-disc Restricted Version Blu-ray set (Area B) for Lau Kar Wing’s 1991 action-comedy, Skinny Tiger, Fatty Dragon. This Hong Kong basic stars the legendary Sammo Hung (Jap Condors, King Swindler) and Karl Maka (Aces Go Locations V: The Terracotta Hit, The Bodyguard).
Combining brilliantly choreographed struggle sequences and infectious bodily comedy, this tour-de-force comedy-adventure showcases unbelievable motion tributes to the movies of Bruce Lee. Skinny Tiger, Fatty Dragon makes its UK debut on Blu-ray from a model new 2K restoration!
The movie additionally stars Carrie Ng (Undercover Punch and Gun), Lau Kar Wing (My Fortunate Stars), Lung Ming Yan (Deadly Contact), Wu Fung (Dragons Ceaselessly), Cutie Mui Siu Wai (Fairly Ghost), Ni Kuang (Miracles) and Mark Houghton (To Be Quantity One).
Unique to this Restricted Version, Chiu Lee’s documentary I Am The White Tiger: Stuntman, motion director, and martial artist Mark Houghton tells his story of breaking into the Hong Kong movie trade, his wrestle with accidents and melancholy, and the promise he made his trainer, the legendary filmmaker Lau Kar Leung.
